About Us
At VantageRoad Partners, we believe sustainable growth begins with permission to grow, the trust, credibility, and stakeholder alignment organizations earn with the people who influence their success. Business imperatives today move across strategy, brand, reputation, policy, technology, communications, organizational effectiveness, and leadership, so we bring together experienced operators, our Advisory Council, and a curated ecosystem of Strategic Partners to help clients navigate complexity as one integrated team. The result is effective executive partnership that aligns the right expertise. We work alongside, from the inside, from strategy to execution, creating a roadmap for alignment to generate the outcomes that matter most.
Vantage Road Partners was founded around a simple but important premise: institutions are operating in a period of significant economic, technological, geopolitical, and societal transition. Many leadership teams need access to the kind of senior, cross-disciplinary strategic counsel required to navigate these consequential moments effectively.
We are purpose-built to provide capacity for ambitious organizations confronting a convergence of pressures involving growth, transformation, stakeholder expectations, reputation, trust erosion, regulation, infrastructure, public legitimacy, and rapidly shifting market dynamics. In most cases, our clients find they do not need more theoretical consulting. They need experienced operators and trusted advisors who understand how to work and lead inside complex environments — aligning strategy, communications, policy, stakeholder trust, and execution in real time.
Our partners become your partners. We are here to augment and enhance your team, to be an additive and powerful ingredient in guiding people to a better place than where we started. Together we create a galvanizing internal force that solves for high stakes moments. We listen our way in. We collaborate to establish the conditions for success, momentum and lift-off to achieve the business outcomes you need.
We bring you bandwidth, capacity and momentum with solutions, intelligence and leadership experiences that serve as force-multipliers for achieving essential business outcomes. We become a potent ingredient in strategic clarity, defining each client’s vantage point and developing the roadmap to get there.
Our Work
How we work is as important as the work and results our partners have delivered. We are judgment-led and AI-enabled. We believe technology strengthens leadership, it does not replace it. At VantageRoad Partners we use AI to surface insights faster and see connections that might otherwise be missed. Our experienced senior operators apply the judgment to determine which signals matter, how to balance competing priorities, and what actions will create the best business outcomes. The result is confident, human centered decision making that aligns organizations, earns permission to grow, and delivers lasting business outcomes.
Leadership has never been more demanding. Expectations are rising, priorities are competing, and the pace of change continues to accelerate. Success depends on more than strategy—it requires alignment, acumen and the ability to move people forward together.
And we’ve sat in these seats. Now we sit with you.
Vantage Road Partners’ services were designed for the space between vision and outcomes. We work as insider partners, helping leaders navigate complexity, align stakeholders, and turn strategic intent into meaningful progress.
In a world shaped by AI, disruption, and shifting expectations, we believe leadership needs a different kind of partner, one that combines strategic perspective with practical execution. Through co-creation, insight, and action, we help organizations build momentum, reduce risk and deliver results that last.
When it comes to reputation, trust, deepening relationships with stakeholders and community impact, the architecture of success has changed, the methods have shifted and the insight levers are new. Employees, customers, partners, communities, policy makers and regulators alike can impact growth, perception and how institutions show up. Our role is to take a 360-view, assess and move your team through the steps to deliver on opportunities, and mitigate high-risk threats.
It is not only what we know, but also how we work. We embed alongside teams, operate with transparency, and offer a suite of proprietary diagnostic tools and frameworks. The result is strategy that holds and outcomes that last. We inspire leaders to think newly, to consider and adopt new perspectives. We co-create what is possible with seasoned executive partners backed by discipline specialists. Vantage Road Partners understands enterprise change, marketplace dynamics and the many internal micro-moments with delivery teams needed for success.

Our Services
Designed for agility, fast-moving issues and long term strategic impact.
An organization’s vantage point is everything. Vantage Road Partners was built for the moments where vision must meet reality. We work alongside leadership teams to bridge strategy, stakeholders, and execution—bringing the expertise, alignment, and operating capacity required to deliver growth, strengthen trust, navigate complexity, and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Every engagement begins with the appropriate module of the VR Alignment System™, a suite of proprietary assessment and planning methodologies. We identify emerging challenges, hidden opportunities, and the gaps between strategic vision and operating reality—creating the clarity, alignment, and momentum needed to move critical initiatives forward with confidence.
Reputation is built through what organizations say, do, and deliver. We help leaders strengthen trust, navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, and develop engagement strategies that protect reputation, increase credibility, and build lasting support.
Communities expect more than promises. We help organizations design social impact and community partnership strategies that strengthen relationships, improve outcomes, and build trust to protect and grow the organization.
External pressures move faster than most organizations can respond. We help modernize corporate affairs functions by aligning strategy, communications, stakeholder engagement, and operations, which improves effectiveness, increases results, and reduces organizational risk.
Policy and regulatory shifts can create uncertainty and disrupt growth. We help organizations anticipate change, engage the right stakeholders, and develop strategies that reduce risk, protect priorities, and strengthen long-term influence.
Critical projects stall when permitting and regulatory processes become complex or contentious. We help organizations navigate approvals, agency engagement, and compliance requirements—reducing delays, mitigating risk, and keeping projects moving forward.
Visibility alone does not create influence. We help executives sharpen their voice, define a distinctive point of view, and build thought leadership platforms that elevate credibility, strengthen trust, and expand market influence.

Courtney Geduldig
Founder | Managing Partner
Courtney Geduldig is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of VantageRoad Partners, where she advises companies, investors, boards, and leadership teams navigating moments of significant change, complexity, and consequence.
Throughout her career, Courtney has operated at the intersection of business, policy, technology, infrastructure, communications, capital, and society. She helps organizations recognize when the external environment has fundamentally shifted and to build the trust, stakeholder alignment, and strategic legitimacy required to thrive.
She believes the most important challenges facing organizations today are rarely communications problems, policy problems, or reputation problems. They are adaptation problems. Markets evolve. Technologies emerge. Public expectations shift. Regulatory frameworks change. Competitive dynamics are rewritten. Success depends on an organization’s ability to understand those changes, align stakeholders around a new reality, and execute with confidence.
Courtney has spent nearly three decades helping leaders do exactly that.
As a senior executive at S&P Global, she helped lead the company’s transformation from McGraw Hill Financial to S&P Global following the financial crisis. She created and helped drive the Change Pays initiative, aligning employees, investors, customers, and stakeholders around a new enterprise strategy. The effort helped reposition the company as a global leader in data, analytics, benchmarks, and market intelligence during a period in which enterprise value increased by more than $90 billion.
At Micron Technology, she helped position semiconductor memory manufacturing as a national security, economic competitiveness, and AI infrastructure imperative. Her work contributed to the development of public-private partnerships and policy frameworks that supported more than $20 billion in incentives, as well as a first-of-its-kind investment tax credit. Together, these efforts helped enable one of the largest advanced manufacturing investments in U.S. history, a project expected to drive up to $100 billion in investment across Central New York.
As Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at National Grid, she helped lead stakeholder strategy during a pivotal shift in the energy landscape. Policymakers, businesses, and communities were grappling with how to balance affordability, reliability, infrastructure modernization, economic growth, energy security, and sustainability.
Earlier in her career, Courtney served as Chief Financial Counsel to Senator Bob Corker during the global financial crisis and as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Banking and Finance at the U.S. Treasury Department. In those roles, she helped shape policy responses to one of the most consequential economic disruptions in modern history.
At VantageRoad Partners, Courtney brings together that experience to help organizations navigate transformation, build durable stakeholder support, anticipate risk, and create the conditions necessary for long-term success.
“The most effective organizations operate from a clear North Star where strategy, culture, and reputation reinforce each other. Our work is about building that alignment and using it to drive real-world outcomes.”

Komie Jain
Founder | Partner | General Counsel
Komie Jain is a global executive, advocate, and attorney who believes business and social good are not a tradeoff. She is a Founding Partner and General Counsel of Vantage Road Partners, where she leads client work at the intersection of regulatory strategy, corporate social responsibility, community engagement, and industrial policy — with depth in the advanced manufacturing sector.
Komie brings first-hand experience that few advisors can match. At the CHIPS Program Office, Department of Commerce, she served as the Chief Environmental Review and Permitting Officer for the Agency and Director of the Environmental Division — building and directing the environmental unit responsible for navigating one of the most consequential applications of the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) in recent federal history. She oversaw simultaneous environmental assessments for the nation’s largest semiconductor investments, including TSMC, Intel, Samsung, and Micron, while managing the dual risks of delay and litigation that threatened to derail a $39 billion industrial policy program.
She also designed the broader environmental permitting and evaluation framework for CHIPS grantmaking and built partnerships across communities, state agencies, regulators, and Congress to advance complex facility permit approvals. The program’s director has publicly credited her as “truly excellent: knowledgeable about the substance, highly effective in project management, and savvy in applicant interactions.”
At National Grid, Komie built and led a global Center of Excellence for social impact and community engagement, overseeing a $60M philanthropy portfolio and developing the stakeholder strategies that protect a major energy company’s license to operate across New York, New England, and the United Kingdom. Earlier, as Senior Vice President at the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries and a senior leader at the American Chemistry Council, she shaped federal and state regulatory policy across environmental, manufacturing, and chemical sectors — directing legal, legislative, and public communications strategy at the highest levels of industry advocacy. She has also served as a trusted spokesperson before Congress, federal agencies, state legislatures, and international bodies including the OECD.
A licensed attorney in Virginia and the District of Columbia, Komie has navigated complex permitting environments, advised Fortune 500 companies on regulatory compliance, and served as a board-appointed regulator on the State Water Control Board of Virginia — promulgating regulations and approving major water permits under two governors. She knows these challenges from every seat at the table — government, industry, community, and counsel — and brings that full perspective to every client engagement.
“Every company operates with the consent of the communities around it — whether they recognize it or not. That consent is earned through consistent, genuine engagement: showing up before you need something, listening before you speak, and treating community voice as a legitimate input into decisions that shape people’s lives. Done well and done early, community engagement is one of the most powerful tools a company has. Neglected, it becomes one of the greatest risks.” “True organizational leadership means engaging with the community not as a box to check, but as a meaningful responsibility — listening to their needs, giving back through service, and respecting the public’s voice in the processes that shape our common future.”
Charles Fields
Founder | Partner | Chief Operating Officer
Charles Fields is a Founder and Partner of Vantage Road Partners, where he helps leaders turn complex strategy into executable operating systems.
His work starts from a simple belief: when strategy stalls, the issue is rarely effort alone. More often, the operating model is unclear, decision rights are blurred, governance is too weak, or the organization lacks the cadence and accountability required to deliver.
Charles works with CEOs, COOs, Chief Corporate Affairs Officers, boards, and transformation leaders who are facing high-stakes priorities in complex environments. He helps them build the practical infrastructure behind execution: governance models, portfolio discipline, KPI architecture, operating cadence, cross-functional coordination, and clear ownership.
He brings a rare cross-sector perspective across energy and utilities, financial services, technology, life sciences, regulated operations, public-sector operations, and nonprofit leadership. His experience includes supporting the buildout of a transatlantic Corporate Affairs function at National Grid, developing Federal Reserve-approved business continuity work for Goldman Sachs, leading transformation and operating model work across financial services, FinTech, and pharmaceutical environments, serving as Deputy Secretary of State for New York, and serving as Chief Operating Officer of a nationally recognized civil-rights legal organization.
His work has produced measurable outcomes in high-pressure environments. While serving at the New York State Department of State, Charles helped oversee the design and development of New York Business Express, a statewide digital platform created to reduce friction for businesses navigating state-agency requirements. He also helped stabilize the New York State Athletic Commission during the implementation of legalized professional MMA in New York, including the state’s first major UFC event, which generated $37.4 million in economic output, $18.3 million in wages, 300 jobs, and $1.6 million in state tax revenue.
Charles has also led restructuring and transformation work in the nonprofit sector, including helping stabilize a national organization through an acute financial crisis, a major workforce restructuring, and the restoration of positive cash flow and financial stability.
At Vantage Road Partners, Charles is the firm’s execution architect — the partner focused on making sure strategy has the structure, governance, and operating discipline required to hold under pressure. He is particularly effective when the strategy is directionally right, the stakes are high, and leaders need to move from intent to measurable progress.
“Strategy only matters if the organization is built to deliver it.”

VantageRoad Foundation
A platform for a greater purpose
VantageRoad Partners has launched a foundation unlike others in our sector, one that puts true impact in play for the organizations we support in our work, and the communities and people they ultimately serve. Our Foundation supports the social impact organizations that align with our clients’ social good strategies.
At VantageRoad Partners, we work at the intersection of business, government, and community advising organizations on how to earn the trust and permission they need to build, grow, and operate. That work puts us in rooms where economic development is decided, in communities where the stakes of those decisions are lived, and alongside the people who bear both the promise and the cost of large-scale change.
The VantageRoad Foundation was created to help close the relationship and trust gap between communities, institutions and charitable giving. We know that no regulatory strategy alone can close this gap.
We believe that organizations that operate with genuine community commitment, not as a communications strategy, but as a governing principle, create more durable value for everyone they touch. Our Foundation supports the social impact organizations that align with our clients’ social good strategies, addressing the issues and opportunities present in the communities that need it most: workforce development, environmental stewardship, civic capacity, and the economic inclusion of people too often left at the margin of the projects built in their backyards.
We do not just give and step away. We bring the same framework we apply to our advisory work: deep stakeholder engagement, sustained relationships, and specific, accountable commitments to our philanthropic practice. Impact, to us, means something measurable happened for someone who needed it. We intend to be held to that standard.
The covenant runs both ways.
